Children under 18 years are free of charge with their parents.

Minimum renting period is 2 days.

Inc. internet connection, parking lot (Wanha Posti lot nro 4) and change of linen and towels once in a week.

Standard equipment are: dish washing machine, stove/oven, refridgerator, microwave oven, hood, coffee machine, water heater, toaster, hair dryer and TV/DVD. In addition in Wanha Posti there is washing machine, cooler and floor heating in toalet.

Apartments are non smoking and we can not accommondate your pets. Check-in services by phone/e-mail and agreed time. Terms of payment is preliminary invoicing. In long term living pricing and terms of payment are defined according to the separate agreement.

In case of need to cancel reserved accomodation, 14 days before the living period you get 50 % returned. If cancellation is later than 14 days before living period, the payment is not returned.
